Anti-speculation clause exemption in Amsterdam

Hi, We have purchased the property in Amsterdam. In our purchasing contact, we have anti speculation clause so we are not able to sell/rent the property within 2 years of purchase. However, I recently got a new job offer which I am starting from 1 May. The location of new job is around 40KM away and it take 1hr 10min to 1 hour 20 min, commuting one way with multiple transfers. We don't drive a car and have no plan to drive so we are checking the possibility to have an exemption on this clause so we can sell and move to a new property closer to where I am going to work. I read the below exemption but it isn't clear whether our case could be applied (as their is no distance or travel time mentioned) Koper is jegens verkoper verplicht het verkochte zelf te gebruiken casu quote laten gebruiken door zijn kind(eren)/ouder(s) én het verkochte niet te vervreemden gedurende een termijn van twee jaar na de leveringsdatum van het verkochte, zulks om ongewenste speculatie te voorkomen. 2. Koper kan van deze verplichting ontheffing verkrijgen van verkoper indien zich binnen deze termijn van twee jaar omstandigheden voordoen, welke ten tijde van de juridische levering redelijkerwijze niet te voorzien waren en tengevolge van welke omstandigheden redelijkerwijze niet van hem verlangd kan worden dat hij het verkochte blijft gebruiken of doen gebruiken. d. noodzakelijke wijzigingen van werk/woning of werk/woonklimaat op medische of sociale gronden; Would you advise us whether we sell and move out from the property without paying huge fine indicated in the contract (min. 25K euros). If possible, what we would need to prepare ourselves to apply for this? Thank you!

The reason you mentioned is not valid in the beginning( is not social or medical ) but one could reason to it. I need to the see the contract and conpare it to judge cases.
