Employer hasn't payed out my salary?

My employer hasn't payed out my salary to me in several weeks. I was supposed to receive my salary on the 10th of October, and it's now the 25th. I already asked several managers of the company, and they said they will look into it, but I want to make sure if there's something I can do. I told them that they have to pay me in 3 working days. When I talked about if payments were sent on time with colleagues before, they said that they have been in a similar situation, but they didn't take any action.

In case you don't receive your salary in time, you should take legal steps. For instance send summons to the empoyer. Maybe a procedure at the court could be necessary (hopefully not of course). If you want to discuss your case, please give me a call (06-30575754).
