Because of my bad dutch writing ,I will write in english and really sorry for that.
I live in Zeist Brugakker and now I am ın Turkey to visit my family members for 3 weeks. I live in Nederland 11 years with my dutch partner.
My problem is : I received email from my 11 years partner and she wrote to me : dont come back here stay there ,ı stopped your insurence,i deleted your name from my house adress, u can not stay in my house anymore and ı will send to you all your things and then she blocked me and ı can not reach her.I am in schock .
My status:
-I have onbepaalde tijd staying permission.
-She is the owner from the house. I am not semi-owner or renter in this house.But we are living together in same house 11 years.
-I am using her health insurance.(She pays my insurance )
My problems :
1- Can i stay in her house or not and ı dont have enough cash money to survive there till i find somewhere to stay,because ı paid 6000 euro for my military servıce and i dont work for jow.
2- Is there any place that i can ask for faster help?
3- Can she stop my insurence and delete my name from her house without asking me or without my signuture or permission??
4- Can she send my everything to Turkey from her house without asking me and my permission?I think it is illegal and I don't have house in Turkey ,my parents have and she says she will send my things to my parents house.
5- What is my rights about this unfair position? Can I complain her to official places something about this problem what she did or will do to me?
6- She has my important papers and she knows every private things about me and ı can not reach these things from here(bank account,digid,passwords and user names about my everything and she can easly change everything)
7- If ı am writing to wrong place about this bad position ,can you give me advise ,show me way or email that i can ask for help?
I dont want problem there with her or other things. I keep her email what she wrote to me and can i complain her to anywhere(police or something like that)?
