Ir/Madam, Due to the reorganization, my permanent contract will expire soon. My employer and I have signed the termination agreement by mutual consent. Three years ago, I had a work-related accident. Can I still hold my employer liable for the accident? The final settlement states (the final settlement does not extend to facts and circumstances that both parties could reasonably have known).
