Information for Temporary Workers about Wage Increases

I work as a temporary employee phase A. 8-3- my work stopped. I now know that a salary increase has been implemented as of September 3, 2012 of the ABU collective labor agreement of 1.55%. Am I entitled to this retroactively? because my employment agency never increased the hourly wage.

If your salary should have been increased and this did not happen, you can still claim it and claim the relevant amount from the employment agency.
