Assistance with legal questions about cohabitation

My wife has been gone since January 7th. We have the same lawyer, and this week we signed the agreement. I had already asked her that if she wanted to stay in our house (rental), she should let me know and that I wouldn't mind if I was there. But today she was in the house without letting me know. I'm not happy about this because I don't think it's an agreement, but until when should I let her in?

Again, you'll need to check your agreements; perhaps something has been arranged there. If you have a lawyer, you can't take action with that lawyer, but you can if you appoint your own. In that case, interim measures can be requested from the court, but you should first try to reach an agreement through consultation (possibly through your lawyer).
