Legal Assistance with Employment Law Questions

Questioner

Hello. I have a question. I'm 23 and have been working at Leenbakker for five years. I started with a 36-hour workweek and now only work 23 hours. For the past year, I've worked between 27 and 30 hours (I have a 13/37 contract). Can they just switch me to a 23/24 workweek?

Questioner

The 2010 Housing Collective Labor Agreement (not renewed, by the way) stipulates that minimum and maximum contracts between 13 and 37 hours per week are possible. You receive at least 13 hours of work and salary per week. Within this permanent contract, you can continue to be employed for 23 to 24 hours. Perhaps I misunderstood your question, or perhaps you have more information about the matter. In that case, please ask a follow-up question about this answer or contact me directly.
