Is the divorce and the division of the property one case if the divorce has been pronounced but the division of the property is maintained or does the divorce fall under the addition and the division of the property outside the addition?

If the division of the property is stayed by the court, the division of the property falls within the scope of the legal aid that was issued for the divorce.

Questioner

That's a shame because it means I have to pay for everything after the division of the property because then I have assets. If it were 2 things, the divorce would fall under the addition and I would only have to pay the costs after the divorce.
