What is a relationship clause and how do you deal with it?

Because I'm changing jobs, a non-solicitation agreement applies to me. This also applies to connections I'm connected to on LinkedIn. I will therefore remove these connections to avoid violating the non-solicitation agreement. But what if I post or comment on a topic in one of the LinkedIn groups and it's read by someone who falls under the non-solicitation agreement? To what extent am I in violation? Or have I already done everything I can to avoid violating the agreement by removing the connections?Questioner
You can't prevent someone from reading something, so it's irrelevant. However, if someone covered by the clause contacts you about it, you must break off contact.Take the next step
