The lease agreement includes the "General Provisions for the lease of retail space and other commercial space pursuant to Article 7A:1624BW" Are these general provisions still valid or have they been replaced by new versions, since the 1624 business premises now fall under Article 7:290 of the Dutch Civil Code?Questioner
