I work at an optician. My working days are: Mon, Tue, Thu and Sat. I worked on Mon. (shopping Sunday) during Pentecost. According to the manager, I don't get any extra hours for this day, because it was my working day! Is that correct? Thanks in advance

The CAO for optical companies has not been declared generally binding. So it does not apply to everyone. If you still fall under the CAO, you are entitled to an allowance. You can see this in your employment contract, which must state that the CAO is declared applicable. If the CAO is not applicable, you are not entitled to an allowance.
