Advice on Disputes with Legal Expenses Insurance

I have a dispute with my Legal Expenses Insurance. I have a lawsuit pending due to dismissal from my employer. I believe that my legal expenses insurance does not properly represent my interests/ am not satisfied with the service provided. I have filed a complaint about this with KiDFiT. This was declared unfounded by KiDFiT because the substantiation was not good. I can go to the disputes committee for this. Who can help me with this.

It often happens that the lawyer is then allowed to take over the case at the expense of the legal expenses insurer, even if the policy conditions stipulate otherwise.
