What do you need to do to request a review of alimony and what are the conditions for this?

Good evening, Is it about spousal support or child support or both? A petition is required to the court, filed by a lawyer. This must state that there is either a situation in which the support has never met the legal requirements (e.g. because you did not appear in the support procedure and your income and expenses were not taken into account), or a change in circumstances (e.g. loss of income on your side), as a result of which the support must be changed. The other party may file a statement of defense and the court decides whether the support will be changed.
