I recently accepted a new job. Having worked here for 3 months now, I have unfortunately not yet received a salary or contract. I did receive an advance. Vacation days are now paid per hour without having discussed this in advance. The intention now is to work with time sheets, so I do not have access to my salary for the last 3 months as, coa technically, should be. What can I do....??

You must ask your employer for an employment contract and for normal salary payment. If he refuses, it is best to send a letter in which you ask for it again. If this does not produce any result, then contact someone to help you further.
