Legal advice on vacation days and takeover

The company I work for will be taken over by a new owner at the end of August. Now all vacation days, overtime and vacation pay are paid on the takeover date. For me this means that I do not have enough vacation days for my summer vacation (mid-September) and have to use days from the following year. The contract will be taken over. Is this allowed?

You can take unpaid leave for your summer vacation (which you compensate with the paid days) and do not have to use days for next year. In addition, you will build up new days from September (at least we do not think that days for the entire year will be paid out in August).
