Dear Sir/Madam, I sold my car to a friend of mine a while ago and he signed a contract with me that he would pay for a certain period of time but to this day he still has a debt of a certain amount. Every time he promises money but always comes up with an excuse. I am quite fed up with this can you tell me what I can do about this and what my rights are?
