bankruptcy I have a contract with an intermediary for 5 years for an alarm system, including the system and subscription to the control room. I have been using it for 1 year now. The alarm center receives money from the intermediary, but does not receive it, with the result that they want to declare the company bankrupt at the end of the month. At the end of the year I can no longer use the control room (if I pay it). How can I get my money back from the intermediary, or what next?Lawyer
If the intermediary goes bankrupt, you can assume that you will not get your money back. You have a contract with your intermediary and not directly with the alarm center. If you still want to use the alarm center, I advise you to contact them directly and enter into a contract with them directly.Take the next step
