I have a conflict with the campsite owner about the payment of an advance for gas and electricity, this has been estimated at almost double that of other years, but there is no room for negotiation. I have paid my camping fee, what now?

Increasing an advance service costs is only possible - in the case of residential property - after a settlement has been provided for the previous year. I can imagine that you therefore argue analogously (as it is so nicely legally called) that doubling without any substantiation is not reasonable.
