Rent a safe at Rabobank: Your Right

I have rented a safe deposit box at the Rabobank for over 20 years. This safe deposit box has been paid for all that time via an account at the Postbank or the ING. Now the Rabobank demands that we open an account at this bank to pay the rent for the safe deposit box. However, there are costs involved. Are we obliged to do this? regardsLawyer
