Document expired covenant after divorce

In September 2013, the judge confirmed the divorce between me and my now ex-wife based on an agreement. Now, almost a year later, my ex-wife and I have agreed that if the entire agreement is terminated, we will both benefit financially. Can my ex-wife and I draw up and sign a document that nullifies the agreement made in 2013?Lawyer
