Change your last name after divorce? Get free advice!

My question is the following: I have two children and am divorced. the boys have my last name... now my ex wants to add her family's surname because it is a Portuguese surname.. can this give me problems if i agree with this!! I doubt quite a bit... they would then be called BM.. would love to hear from you

thank you very much... but it is adding a last name.... she said i don't want this actually. i actually like my last name.. but she should have persisted to get it done, that's what I meant :) but thank you for info
