Hello sir/madam, I recently had leave due to childbirth, followed by three weeks of vacation. now three weeks ago my grandfather passed away and the company where I work (a supermarket) thinks that I am not entitled to a day off because I have not worked for the past twelve weeks (I normally work 24 hours a week) do you know how this works?
