Legal Question about Danish Nationality

How can I, as a Dutch citizen, understand the Danish obtain nationality. I have lived in Denmark for about 19 years and speak understandable Danish. As a Dane, do I lose the right to my AOW? I now pay twice for my health insurance and I think that is very unfair.
