Dear I had signed a contract 3 years ago for the services of routevision, I have cancelled my sole proprietorship and now, according to Routevision, I cannot cancel this contract, I am now just a consumer who purchases a business product, does Dam's law apply in my case, what could be the next steps. with kind regards

If you conclude a business contract and then stop your business you cannot terminate the contract as a consumer. The law of Dam is certainly not applicable but it is possible to moderate the effect of the contract, however not without more and not without affecting one or more conditions and a very good argument on your side.
