There are a number of ways to get out of the contract as various case law shows. My advice is to do that through an office with experience in these kinds of cases.

If you conclude a business contract and then stop your business you cannot terminate the contract as a consumer. The law of Dam is certainly not applicable but it is possible to moderate the effect of the contract, however not without more and not without affecting one or more conditions and a very good argument on your side.

There may be reflex action, which has been applied in a number of cases in the past. Reflex action means that the company should be seen as much as possible as a consumer.
