ATV Hours and Your Rights: Legal Advice

Atv hours We have a 40 hour work week but we take on a few more ATV hours. According to our manager, this is due to the computer program, which cannot process it properly. This means we are in the minus hours, I have now worked 14 hours I think it's a bit of a strange answer and I don't think it's right that I'll end up in negative hours because of this. Is this correct?

This is indeed strange. I advise you to keep a good record of how many hours you work per week. In my opinion, you cannot end up in the minus hours because the computer system is not functioning. That is the employer's responsibility. You have an employment contract for 40 hours and you must therefore be paid wages in accordance with that number of hours.
