Lawyer

You can object to the UWV decision. The letter states within what period the objection must be filed. Usually this must be done within six weeks after the date of the decision. If you need help filing an objection, you can contact a lawyer or attorney. You may be eligible for legal aid, which is government-subsidized legal aid and depends on your income. In that case, you only pay a personal contribution for the lawyer and the rest is reimbursed by the Legal Aid Board. You can contact me directly without obligation for further questions. If necessary, I can also help you file an objection.
