Help with a dispute with ING Bank - Rechtswinkel.nl

Questioner

Good afternoon, A few weeks ago, money was taken from my ING bank account without my permission at two times during the night. So I was skimmed! I have already filed a report with the police and a report with the ING bank. As expected, the ING bank has blamed me. They say that I did it myself or one of my family members. They also indicate that, based on their facts, it has been demonstrated that my debit card was deliberately used and that my PIN code was entered correctly. They also indicate that no cash withdrawal can take place without a debit card and accompanying PIN code. At that moment, my bank card was simply at home in my wallet. I would like to see the images of the moment of cash withdrawals, but ING does not want to provide them. It turns out that there are no cameras at all at ING ATMs, according to an employee. At first ING did not want to help me at all and immediately shifted the blame to me. Only after a few days they accepted my report. How can I still prove I am right and ensure that ING refunds my money? Thanks in advance for any advice.
