Due to a new function I have received a salary increase. In addition I still receive my personal allowance. This will be added to my salary as of next year. My employer has now indicated that they made a mistake in calculating my new salary and that, according to them, they have calculated the personal allowance twice. But in the letter stating my new salary you can clearly see Salary will be € xxxx Personal allowance € xxxx. As of 2015, everything total (salary + personal allowance) Can the employer simply reduce this again?

If it was clear to you that the employer made a mistake, then it can be reversed. If it was not clear to you, then the employer cannot simply reduce your salary.
