Reporting under guardianship - Important information

I am under guardianship, can I file a report and can a report be withdrawn because I did not understand it at all?

If you do indeed have a curator, you can no longer perform legal acts independently. You can therefore no longer independently file a criminal complaint. In principle, the curator can destroy the complaint. In principle, a complaint can no longer be withdrawn.
