I really don't know what you may or may not do with a 'punishment bark'. With a recent entry in the Judicial Documentation System (JDS) you will not in principle receive a visa for these countries. Four years (juvenile criminal law) or eight years (adult criminal law) are reviewed. Not all crimes are included in the JDS. You can view your notes in the JDS.
