Buying Agent: Payment & Conditions Explanation

Good day, I have 'bought' a house subject to the sale of my own home. When do I pay the purchasing agent? I thought this would be at the moment the house is definitively bought, so when my own home is sold, but now I suddenly receive the invoice from the purchasing agent.

According to the NVM conditions, brokerage is only due upon legal delivery of the home. If delivery does not occur as a result of a resolutive or suspensive condition, brokerage is also not due. However, I do not know whether you work with an NVM broker. Different conditions may apply to other brokers.
