Child Support: What are the Rules?

Good evening, I read somewhere that child support has to be paid in advance. So the support of January 2015 has to be transferred to the account by December 31, 2014. Can you indicate whether this is correct and where I can find this legal rule? thank you very much.

There is no legal regulation. The payment and the day on which child support must be paid follows from the parenting plan, the agreement or the court order. The main rule is payment before or on the first day of the following month.
