Contesting a will? Get expert advice

Questioner

My aunt has a 2nd will drawn up. I (and my brothers and sisters) want to contest this. Which office can I go to with this issue? I live in Frsl.

Lawyer

The last will, if drawn up by a notary, is in principle legally valid. All previous wills are thereby null and void. It is not clear from your question whether or not your aunt is deceased.

On the website of the Association of Inheritance Law Attorneys in the Netherlands (VEAN.nl) you can see which specialized attorney is located near you. Under certain circumstances a will can be (partially) annulled. The previously made will can then still apply.
