I recently signed an employment contract and only after signing it did I realize that the salary my employer pays me is lower than the collective labor agreement he refers to in the same employment contract. My employer has (also) included in the contract that I receive the statutory minimum wage. Which is considerably lower than the salary according to the collective labor agreement (the difference is almost 200 euros gross) Is it possible that one employment contract states that a collective labor agreement applies and later in the contract it is stated that the salary is not in accordance with the collective labor agreement (because that is what it comes down to)? Can I still ask my employer to pay the salary according to the collective labor agreement?Lawyer
Employer and employee are bound by an applicable collective labor agreement. In your case, this means that the wage stated in the agreement is not correct and that your wage must be adjusted (increased).Take the next step
