Legal Advice on Youth and Family Law
Questioner
Hi, I have a question and I hope you can help me. I have been forcibly placed in a TVO (shelter) by Safe at Home and the Child Protection Council together with my 4 children because my mother-in-law made a nonsense report that was completely untrue, but both Safe at Home and the Child Protection Council have since stopped responding. I don't know when I can go home again. Are they allowed to do this and what steps can I take myself?Lawyer
From your question I can only conclude that the procedure you outlined and the one followed by JZ/RVKB following a healthcare complaint is - at least for me - completely incomprehensible. I advise you to contact a lawyer who specializes in youth and family law. You may be eligible for subsidized legal aid. You can contact one of the lawyers on this website, a legal aid clinic or law clinic in your area or Het Juridisch Loket (0900 8020) or: http://www.juridischloket.nl/Pages/default.aspTake the next step
