Assistance with legal questions about car purchase

Questioner

2 weeks ago I traded in my old car at a company and bought another car there. When closing the deal, the salesman inspected my old vehicle and drove it for a while. He approved the vehicle. I was of the opinion that the car was as new. There was not a dent or scratch on it in my opinion. The new car was delivered to me with a delivery service and a six-month warranty. A week later, after the deal was closed, I picked up the new car. The only point that turned out upon delivery was that there was only 1 key with the car. It concerns an Audi TT and a 2nd key is supposed to come with it. The seller did not tell me this when concluding the agreement. Upon delivery he told me that he would take care of that second key or otherwise order a new one. There was a witness when he promised me this. I agreed and went home satisfied with my new car. 2 weeks later I had not heard anything about my 2nd key. I decided to call the garage and got an angry seller on the phone. He thought I was a scammer, because my traded-in car appeared to have been damaged and it had been repaired poorly. I told him I knew nothing about it and asked for photos. It seems that there is a 4 cm crack in the paint of the roof and that the paint in a door frame is cracked. I have never seen this. The seller says he won't deliver the 2nd key and I can whistle for it. What to do now?

Now that the seller, as a professional party, has approved the trade-in car, he cannot go back on it later. A report of the intake will probably have been made to prevent misunderstandings. The seller cannot therefore take the position that the trade-in car was not good. As for the 2nd key, this has been agreed upon in the presence of a witness and you are entitled to it. I advise you to send the seller a registered letter demanding that he fulfill his agreements regarding the second key within a reasonable period of time, failing which you will partially cancel the purchase and, for example, claim a price reduction for the car.
