Filing a report without proof? Advice & assistance

Hi I want to file a complaint against someone It's been a few years now and so there's little to no evidence I have psychological problems because of that event and I also have diagnoses Can that be considered evidence?

If you have little or no evidence, you can try to file a report, but the question is whether the police will record that report. In any case, there is no reasonable chance that they will do anything with it if there is no evidence.
