Rights in occupational therapy: no Sunday surcharge after all?

When working on a therapeutic basis, am I entitled to my Sunday allowance of 100% for the hours I come to work on Sunday?

You work on occupational therapy grounds, but you have not yet been declared fit for work by the company doctor or the occupational health physician. The intention is to see what your workload could be. Your employer does not have to pay you any wages for the work you do on an occupational therapy basis, and therefore no allowances for this either. If you are then fully or partially fit for work again, you are entitled to wages and any allowances for that part.
