Ir/Madam, My question is that I work in a shop and the owner sells the business and the shop is taken over by the head office. I work as a store manager for 17 hours, 2 days a week and I get paid in that position. According to the head office, I have to work more for that position. The employer cannot force you to work more than 17 hours, your employment conditions must remain the same after the transfer of the undertaking. They cannot take the job away from you if you do not agree to work more, nor can they reduce your salary.
