Notice periods for temporary workers: Important information

Good afternoon, What is the notice period for a temporary worker with a contract for 8 months? The contract refers to the ABU-CAO. Does article 14 apply to it or should I look at the hirer's remuneration law? Thank you very much.

In principle, a fixed-term employment contract cannot be terminated prematurely, not even by the employee. This may be different if the employment contract contains an interim termination clause. This usually contains the notice periods. With a temporary employment clause, your employment contract ends by operation of law after notice by the employer. There is no notice period.
