Does the new Work and Security Act also apply to current contracts? I am now in my second annual contract, which ends in December. Should I get a permanent contract after this or can I still get a year contract? I work according to the CAO hospitals. BVDLawyer
Unless a different arrangement applies under the collective labor agreement, the following applies: if your temporary employment contract is still running on July 1, 2015, you fall under the old arrangement. If a subsequent employment contract is entered into after July 1, 2015 (and within 6 months of the previous contract), the new arrangement applies.Take the next step
