Questioner
Hello, I have been working for a sole proprietorship on a payroll basis since May 2012. It was agreed in writing that my travel expenses would be paid. The payroll contract was terminated at my request, but I have still not been reimbursed for my travel expenses, even though I have repeatedly asked my employer. She keeps coming up with new excuses and now it would have been transferred to the wrong account number. I still have a mobile phone and a tablet from her (worth 600 euros) and my travel expenses have increased to 375 (declarations sent every month). So you would think that she would transfer it at some point, but I have not heard anything more. I say every day by text message that I have not received anything yet. What is the best thing for me to do now?Questioner
By the way, I would receive the travel expenses directly from the employer and not via the payroll agency.Lawyer
