The person who does the administration at our company is not entirely aware of my rights. It is a small care farm and we fall under the collective labor agreement for disabled care. My colleagues are all under 30 years old, so I think they have fewer vacation hours than me. I would like to know how many hours of vacation and PBL hours I am entitled to with a 30-hour work week.
