Advice on overdue wages | Legal aid centre

Questioner

Hello, After the termination of my employment contract, I have a claim for payment of outstanding wages, etc. We went to court for this and the judge ruled in my favor, but now the ruling is not being honored because there is an empty holding company. How can I assert my claim, since the bailiff cannot collect from the holding company or from the entrepreneur himself? I don't know what I can do anymore, thank you in advance

Lawyer

Dear questioner, You are powerless against this company as it is empty. At most there is a possibility to get the same judgment against a subsidiary. But then you must have actually worked for it and there must be demonstrable 'identification' of both companies.
