My mother had an accident at work, coffee was spilled in the hallway of the company and my mother slipped on it and broke her wrist, after a number of weeks of plaster, it turns out that my mother's wrist/hand no longer has the normal function that it had before the fracture. In consultation with the doctor at the hospital, it was decided to see if there would be an improvement in function after physiotherapy support, for this a maximum rehabilitation period of 3 months was given, if this function did not improve then an operation would be the only option to achieve some improvement. The function has not improved and the pain remains, the physiotherapist indicates that he can do little for her and has sent her back to the Orthopaedics, my mother has an appointment next Monday. Now my question is, is the company responsible, if so, what can my mother do if it comes down to the fact that my mother does not get her normal wrist/hand function back despite having an operation. She also did not speak to a medical examiner/company doctor when she reported sick; everything went through the management/company.
