Tenancy law: What to do in case of renovation?

My landlord wants to carry out major renovations to the property. Will not result in any additional costs for the tenant (such as rent increases) But now we have everything on gas such as the oven and cooking etc. etc. Now everything is going electric so I have to buy a new oven, can I demand from the landlord that they cover the costs I have to make to get the same thing after the renovation as I had before the renovation? Like the pleasure of an oven that my floors are finished because after renovation things are demolished so that I have a shortage of floor tiles or laminate. What are my rights as a tenant? And what may or can I demand from the landlord? Because after the renovation I will be faced with unnecessary costs. They even go so far as to make everything electric that they force me to get rid of my gas oven and buy an electric one if I want to use an oven. If, due to the actions of the landlord, you can no longer use things that were possible before the renovation, the landlord must reimburse you for these costs. The question is whether this renovation is really strictly necessary to carry out or whether it entails an improvement in convenience.
