Liability Assistance from your Lawyer

Questioner

My case was dismissed ex officio by the Supreme Court. This became apparent during the complaint procedure with the bar association. I had started the procedure myself and for years I was kept on a string by my lawyer that the procedure was still ongoing. The bar association has informed me that I can hold the lawyer liable for this. What is the best way to approach this? since they are not concerned with this regards

It is best to hire a qualified lawyer to assess your chances and then take legal action. I have a lot of experience with these types of cases.

Lawyer

Lawyers are required to insure themselves against professional errors. From your story it follows that the lawyer may have made a professional error and if so, the lawyer is liable for the damage you suffered as a result. You can send the lawyer a letter in which you hold him liable and ask him to compensate the damage. If that does not help, you will have to start a procedure at the court. If you want I can assist you with this. You can contact me about this without obligation.
