Assistance with WSNP and Energy Refund
Questioner
Dear, I was recently admitted to the WSNP. Now I have received a message from the energy supplier that I will get a large amount back. The administrator claims that I have to deposit 8/12 of the period before the WSNP admission to the estate and that I can keep 4/12 of the after the allocation of the WSNP. Because I paid the energy costs from my social assistance benefit that is below the amount to be released. Can an administrator claim this amount for the estate and does an energy refund fall under income. Thank you in advance. meet kind regards.Lawyer
Yes, all income above standard income must be paid to the administrator for the estate account and must serve to pay off the debts. Sometimes administrators want to deviate from this and judge that you may keep something yourself. The latter is certainly not the custom.Take the next step
