Can a VVE send 2 operating statements within 6 months? In our case from 2013 and 2014. A total of around 8000 euros. We already have a payment arrangement for 2013 and now the new statement of 3300 euros has arrived. This month we also had to make a one-off contribution of 4900 euros for fire safety, so I can't possibly pay another statement in addition to the service costs....Lawyer
In principle, the homeowners' association may (and must) pass on the costs of maintenance, etc. to the owners. However, in your case the costs are really high and before these costs can be incurred, the general meeting of owners must decide on them, certainly with regard to those one-off costs regarding fire safety.
