I am divorced and live in a joint property of which my ex-husband is primarily liable. I pay the mortgage and WOZ and sewage tax, my ex-husband refuses to pay. All this is getting too expensive for me and I want to leave here and rent a house. My question is, am I entitled to housing benefit? Thank you in advance.Lawyer
